    My reservation/vacation from last April was cancelled due to the pandemic. Is there a certain time period that I have to use it?

    It's great to hear that you're looking forward to returning to all the magic of a Walt Disney World Resort stay! Without knowing any details of your vacation package booking and all it included, I hesitate to even venture a guess on expiration timeframes for rebooking and taking your trip. I'm going to suggest you reach out to the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) 939-7675. I'm confident the Cast Members can provide you with great guidance on how to plan your visit for a fun and memorable Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you purchased theme park tickets as part of your vacation package, the Cast Members can talk through your options for using the tickets to take in all the Disney magic in the theme parks. 

    When you're planning your trip, I encourage you to follow the Disney Parks blog and check out the planDisney Panel on social media. Both of these resources are a fun and helpful way to stay up-to-date on all the new and exciting experiences that await you when you visit Walt Disney World Resort.
