What is the largest party size we can make a dining reservation for? We have a party of 17 and I'm not seeing any availability anywhere.

Hey there Heidi and welcome to planDisney!

Your party sounds just like mine. The more the merrier! Reservations for parties that big can get a bit tricky but with a little finesse, you may still be able to make some magic happen.

Option 1: Call for backup! The Cast Members at Walt Disney World are the best in the business for a reason. I've spent my entire life watching them make miracles happen every day for guests with all kinds of needs. Give them a call at 407-939-5277. They may be able to talk you through what to do.

Option 2: Make multiple reservations! Break your party up into 2 or 3 separate smaller groups and make reservations at the same restaurants. When you arrive, ask the Cast Members if y'all could be seated together. They'll do their best to accommodate you if availability allows.

Heidi let me suggest Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. I personally witnessed them manage a group of over 30 people with ease last month and impressed doesn't even begin to cover how I felt. Plus the food is some of the most delicious in Disney Springs! It truly feels like a family affair when you eat there.

Heidi, big groups can make traveling interesting, to say the least. But with some help from Cast Members, your meals can still be a wonderful part of your trip.

    Happy planning!
