Hello there, Dona! Welcome to the planDisney panel. My friends and I are so happy that you stopped by as you prepare for your upcoming Disney Cruise!
It sounds like you have got plans for a big group to cruise together and that is sure to lead to big fun and big memories! One of the best times of the day is when you can all sit down and dine together. When I travel with a large sailing party, I love to hear about everyone’s favorite parts of the day, especially the chance to know about all of the fun that the kids were having without their parents.
You are in luck with your group of nine! The wonderful dining team onboard will be happy to accommodate your group so that you can dine together. They will put several tables together so that you can all be seated with one another. If you have reserved your staterooms separately from your fellow crewmates, it is important that you
link your reservations together. This will signal to Disney Cruise Line that you are a party traveling together that would like to dine together.
If your reservations were booked separately, I recommend that you use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to link your party together. First, open the app and sign in to your reservation. From there, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand side of the screen labeled "More". Then click "Add Reservation" right below the waving Captain Mickey. You will need the reservation number, last name, and birthdate of one of the Guests in the room with which you are connecting.
Once you step onboard the ship, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will be your trusted first mate as you view daily activities, restaurant menus, and even allow you to chat with your friends on the ship so that you can stay connected. This way, if someone needs an unexpected ice cream break or wants to meet up for an activity, they can reach out via the app and notify the whole gang about where to meet up for the fun.
I'm excited about the experiences you are about to share, together! Please cruise back to planDisney if you have any further questions. We'd love to help.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
