Being a larger family we need 2 cabins on cruise. We used to "link" the reservations together so that when we book excursions & dining we can do it as a family group. I don't see that option. Anyone know how to link?

Greetings, and a warm welcome back to planDisney, Richard.

What a fantastic time of year you have selected to sail with a Disney Cruise Line – Very Merrytime Cruise, excellent planning Richard!

Travel with a larger group will make your sailing extra magical, and linking your reservations will enable your parties to sit together during Disney Cruise Line’s – Dining Rotation schedule, and you’ll be able to plan together during your sailing, you are absolutely correct, Richard. There are two ways to accomplish this by using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, or online through your Disney Cruise Line account.

Linking Disney Cruise Line reservations via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App:
    1) Sign into the app and select the Feature Menu (three stacked lines) on the main screen.
    2) On your Welcome Richard page, you should see two planning tiles, Onboard Gifts and +Add Reservation, please select +Add Reservation.
    3) On the Add Reservation page, kindly fill in the details for the group you wish to link – you will need their Last Name, Birthdate and Reservation Number.

Linking Disney Cruise Line reservations via your Disney Cruise Line account online:
    1) Sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account and select My Reservations from the Already Booked tab dropdown on the top right.
    2) On your Cruise Details page, please look for your sailing and to the right there should be a box enclosing your reservation number as well as a dropdown arrow, please select this link to see the +Add Reservation page.
    3) Enter the details required such as the confirmation number, date of birth, and last name of the lead Guest on the reservation.

Richard, you are also welcome to contact Disney Cruise Line – Help Center for direct assistance linking your reservations, and kindly remember to have the details of the other reservation on hand to present to the Cast Member.

    Tips:
Update your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your plans anywhere and anytime, especially for a larger group – you will see many helpful features in the app these days, such as dining menus, your rotation schedule and table numbers, daily schedules, the ability to communicate with fellow sea mates, and even booking a future sailing during your current sailing with the Disney Cruise Line Onboard-Only Booking Offer

The new Disney Cruise Line – Destinations are outstanding, the Disney Magic and Disney Dream will be embarking on European sailings in the new year, and our newest ship, the Disney Wish is offering the most enchanting and creative storytelling ever at sea!

Richard, I hope this information is helpful. I look forward to offering future first-hand advice to help you optimize your magical vacation at sea with Disney Cruise Line, thank you!
