Boo to you, Julie!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for sending us this magical question! I was so excited when I saw your question in our queue as I am always so happy to help fellow Canadians. Indeed, I know just how memorable these vacations are for us Canadians, so I am honoured to be a part of your planning journey.
Wow, Julie, what an exciting trip this will be! To visit the theme park together, you will need to make theme park reservations for the rest of your party. To do so, you should be able to select the rest of your party separately and make theme park reservations for them only. If they have their own
My Disney Experience accounts, they can also book their own theme park reservations or make them for the rest of your party if you are linked to each other's
Family & Friends Lists. However, if you are still experiencing any issues with these steps, don't hesitate to
reach out to a Disney Cast Member by phone, chat or email, and they will be able to help. Theme park reservations typically only fill up a month in advance, in my experience, so you still have time to book them for the rest of your party.
Now, Julie, did you know that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the spookiest time of year? Indeed, there is no better time to visit the Resort than during the holidays, and the Halloween season is one of my favourites. My favourite activity at that time of year is going to the
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park. These Halloween parties are special ticketed events and require tickets separate from regular theme park tickets. The parties include special themed fireworks, a parade, a castle show, meet & greets, treats and souvenirs. Besides, what could be better than dressing up and trick-or-treating around the Magic Kingdom? Make sure to
book your tickets soon as availability is limited!
I hope this was helpful, Julie, and that you and your fellow happy haunts will have the spookiest time ever on your next Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. Just like grim grinning ghosts, we always love to come out and socialize.
Have a magical day,
Ariane
