We are a large party going to DW for the first time. We have several people in our party who are always late. With the dining reservations if they are late will the rest of us be seated and will there be a penalty for them if they miss completely?

    Hi Jody!
I guess every family has stragglers. :))
However, in this case, you may want to tell them that the reservation time is earlier than it really is to get them there in time, though. Your party will not be seated until/unless everyone is there. This way, tables do not get tied up for unnecessarily long periods of time. Also, if they choose not to show up, it is definitely possible that you will be charged $10 per person that doesn't show. That said, if your reservation was for 10 and 8 of you showed up, it is unlikely that there would be a penalty. However, if the reservation is for 15 and only 6 show up, that would be a problem.
I hope this helps and I hope everyone can make it. Have a Magical trip!! :)
