We are going with a large group and families will be split up between rooms. I was told I could link my families' bands with my credit card. Is there a way to check the charges based on only our bands?

    Hi Nadine,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

We often visit Walt Disney World Resort with our friends and family in order to share the Magic with them. This means that we often have several households staying with us in the same room at a Walt Disney World Resort Deluxe Villa Resort Hotel… but doesn’t mean that we all have to share our expenses!

Based on my experience, a Guest’s MagicBand can be linked to the credit card of their choice, even if it’s not the same one that is associated with the vacation reservation. Please mention that you’d like your charging privileges set up in a specie way to the Cast Member when you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel (I don’t believe that you can set this up via Online Check-In, yet).

In order to make sure that everything is set up perfectly, make sure to ask your Resort’s Lobby Concierge for a printout of your family’s charges after your first day. You’ll be able to check the charges associated with your family’s MagicBands that way. You can ask for a printout at any time during your stay.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
