    We have a large group coming to Disney I have managed to book most the groups park days But I can to 1 person for 2 of the days and I can’t do any bookings for 1 of my group I don’t know why HELP

    There's absolutely nothing better than being part of a large group who are planning to enjoy a jolly holiday together within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.  This is especially so during the merry Christmastime month of December when the whole of Disney property seems to be adorned with beautiful twinkling lights and extra tinseltastic decorations! 

    It goes without saying that of course, it's super important to ensure that everyone's Magic Tickets are successfully linked to their My Disney Experience accounts as this will enable your whole party to go ahead and make Disney Park Pass reservations for their intended Disney days. 

    It might be helpful for you to know that it's always possible to check out up-to-the-magical-minute availability for Disney Park Pass reservations for the Disney Theme Parks via this handy link.

    Carina, I'm sure you'll understand this already, but with just a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo it should be fairly straightforward to link Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased from the Walt Disney Travel Company to a My Disney Experience account by following these instructions - 

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers) 

    With just a little extra faith, trust, and pixie dust this might now have enabled you to successfully everyone's Magic Tickets to their My Disney Experience accounts.  

    If this is not the case, and as your holiday arrival date is rapidly approaching, my best suggestion would be for you to speak in person with a tech-savvy Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account.  Helpful Cast Members can provide the most expedited way to link your tickets before your group's arrival at Walt Disney World Resort.
