I have a large group of 8, 4 adults and 4 kids (10,10, 6, & 7). Looking to get fastpasses for everybody but trying to find a price anywhere is impossible. Can anybody help me out with this?

    Hi Elizabeth!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Do my eyes deceive me or is there a set of twins in your party? As a mom of twins, I am always tickled to help families with twins plan.

First, let me congratulate you on your excellent planning skills. FastPass+ is one of our absolute favorite planning tools to use when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. At this time, guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and other select hotels with valid theme park admission can make their FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of their stay while other guests staying elsewhere with valid theme park admission may make those FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance. The happy news is that, currently, FastPass+ is complimentary!

Prior to your FastPass+ selection day, make sure that you have created a My Disney Experience account and that everyone in your group is connected via the My Family & Friends List. Once you have everyone set up as My Family & Friends in My Disney Experience, you can link and assign theme park tickets and MagicBands, make advanced dining reservations and FastPass+ selections. You must have those theme park tickets (or Annual Passes) linked in My Disney Experience to make FastPass+ selections. Prior to your visit, also be sure to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can make, cancel, and/or modify plans while in the parks and resorts.

FastPass+ selection day is HUGE in our household. Prior to that time, we have mapped out which parks we will visit on which days and which attractions we hope to select with FastPass+. We make our FastPass+ selections for the most popular attractions first like Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. We also consider the geography of attractions along with our dining reservations so that we do not have to make unnecessary trips back and forth across a park.

Elizabeth, as it gets closer to the time of your trip, do review the FastPass+ terms and conditions since policies and procedures are subject to change. And perhaps most important, prior to making those FastPass+ selections, be sure to check the height requirements for attractions using the Attractions List to be sure everyone is tall enough to ride!

    Magic and memories,
