Large family trip for 20+ in 2013! Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Joshua!

The best advice I can give is to work with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  He or she is a travel agent that specializes in vacations to Walt Disney World, to Disneyland, onboard the Disney Cruise Line, and with Adventures by Disney.  They definitely can help with group reservations, making dining reservations, etc.  Generally speaking, their services are free to guests; I can't think of any who actually charge guests for any of their services.  He or she will also have great tips for large groups.

Another piece of advice is to make dining reservations as soon as possible.  Reservations can be made 180 days in advance either online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.  With a large group, you will definitely want to make reservations at the 180 day mark.

Also, I suggest not planning on sticking together as a group all day long.  Instead, I suggest breaking up into smaller groups and just getting together for select attractions and shows.  Of course, I do think it is a good idea to get back together for some meals; while dining you can share your experiences and offer advice to other members of the group.

I hope this helps!  Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and write back if you have any more questions!
