My large family is staying at the Disney Swan hotel next week. I just learned that this hotel does NOT participate in the Disney Magic Express service. So what is the cheapest option to get all 6 of us from the airport to the hotel? We are staying one week

Hi, Amanda!  For a family of six, you would need at least a van.  There are taxi vans available from the airport without reservations for a cost of around $60 one way.  You would go to baggage claim, and just outside the baggage claim area, you'll be able to find a cab.

If you're like me, and prefer to have something in place, there are numerous limousine services available.  They can have a car waiting for you at the airport, and they will always have a sign with your family name so you can easily find them.  The one I use most often is Happy Limo, and for just around $90, they have a Suburban that can accommodate a party of this size.  The bonus with them is you can build in a quick stop at a grocery store on your way to pick up some things you might want to have in your room.

There are National/Alamo car rental companies on Walt Disney World property, and you could rent one way from the airport, then take a cab to your hotel from the Car Care Centers where you drop your car off.  This might work out to be slightly more expensive, but if you do a search online, you may find coupon codes you can apply to bring it down a bit to make it more in line with cab fare.

I hope this helps with your planning!
