You have probably heard that the wait time to talk to a Cast Member when calling the Disneyland Resort has been extremely long the past several months. HOWEVER, I do have some MAGICAL news for you? The long wait times are actually for Ticket Services and not for booking hotel reservations or vacation packages! WOO HOO! From my experience, I have only waited a few minutes when calling the numbers above.
