Hello there, Meagan! Welcome aboard planDisney. Thanks for sailing to us with your question!
With a party of seven, you have a few options for accommodations aboard the Disney Cruise Line. I'd love to highlight them for you as you begin the journey from planning to adventure at sea!
There is one stateroom category onboard the
Disney Magic and
Disney Wonder that sleeps up to seven guests. This is the Concierge 2-Bedroom Suite with Verandah. This luxurious stateroom includes two separate bedrooms, two walk-in closets, two and a half bathrooms, a living room, and a verandah. If you choose this stateroom, you'll enjoy exceptional concierge services with deluxe amenities.
If you will be sailing on a different ship in the fleet, or find that the 2-Bedroom Suite is not suitable for your travel preferences, you can reserve two
connecting staterooms. There are several options, in several stateroom categories that offer the opportunity to have connecting doors between two staterooms. These internal doors will open between staterooms, allowing your family to use the space of both staterooms.
If your children are older, you may consider booking two staterooms that are not connecting but are adjacent. I know families that will reserve a stateroom with a verandah and then reserve the inside stateroom across the hall as well. It's important to note that a guest the age of 21 or older must be booked in each stateroom.
With larger parties, some guests find that they enjoy working with an experienced travel agent to assist them in their planning. You are also welcome to
contact the Disney Cruise Line agents for assistance in
booking your reservation. If you'd prefer, you can also use the online booking system to locate your preferred itinerary, choose a stateroom category, and search for connecting staterooms to accommodate your group.
Please visit planDisney again if you have further questions. My pals and I would love to give you a hand.
Happy Planning!
