Landing on Batuu for my first time next month! What’s the carry-on storage like for Smugglers Run, please? Does the Falcon have cubbies like Flight of Passage, or mesh baskets near the seats? Any pressed penny machines in Black Spire Outpost? Thank you!

    Bright Suns, Amy!

I had the chance to visit Black Spire Outpost for myself when Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios last month and I'm so excited that you're about to jet off to Batuu in October! The three suns were blazing when I was there this summer so you'll have to send a transmission back to Earth when you're there to let us know what the weather is like in the fall.

If you're planning to become an associate of Hondo Ohnaka and take on Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run for yourself, you'll be pleased to know that there will be room for your backpack and other small items. Like most other attractions, there is a small pocket near your seat for you to put your hat, sunglasses, phone, or anything else you're carrying with you, and any bags or other personal articles can be stowed on the floor next to you. I was able to fit my backpack comfortably and safely near my feet! All of my belongings returned safely to Batuu, but I can't say the same for the Millennium Falcon. I'm only an amateur pilot and I roughed it up pretty badly coming in for a landing, so I'll be hiding out in Oga's Cantina until Hondo's done looking for me. As for pressed penny machines, the trend of coin pressing hasn't made it to Black Spire Outpost yet, but with Earth tourism just starting up now you never know what will happen in the future!

    'Til the Spire, Amy!
