We land at MCO at 9:00am the day of our cruise, and we depart MCO the day the of our disembarkation. When do the Disney Cruise Line busses start picking up for embarkation and when do we board busses for disembarkation back to MCO? Return flight 4:00p :(

    Welcome aboard, Marianne!

You'll be joining the sail away party on board the Disney Cruise sooner than you know it! It's so convenient to add the Disney Cruise ground transportation to your cruise reservation -- it's definitely the best way to get from the MCO airport to Port Canaveral on embarkation day. If your flight arrives at 9am, you'll likely make your way down to Terminal B Level 1 after half an hour or so, to board the motor coach. The transportation crew at the Magical Express Welcome Center will be expecting you around that time, and they'll direct you to the next motor coach leaving for the Port. Busses will already be running that morning, so as long as you have your ground transportation reservation added, you will be whisked away to the Port in about an hour... just in time for lunch! Make sure you've got your Disney Cruise special labels attached to your check-in luggage. The baggage handlers will be able to handpick your luggage from baggage claim and arrange to have these delivered to your stateroom onboard that same afternoon.

On disembarkation morning, make sure you enjoy a leisurely sit-down breakfast at your assigned restaurant that morning. If you have been dining early for dinner, then your breakfast rotation will be at 6:45am on disembarkation morning. If you were dining late, then your breakfast will be at 8am. As another option, Cabanas breakfast buffet will also be open that morning. Guests will need to be out of their staterooms by 8am and off the ship by around 9am. Once you're back on the port, you can board any of the motor coaches waiting to take you to MCO. Busses leave continuously throughout the morning to bring guests back to the airport. You'll need your Key to the World Card Key when you board the bus. You'll likely get to the airport early - which will be good, since the lines at the security gate/xray will usually be lengthy.

I hope this helps, Marianne. Have a magical day!
