Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Sarah!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! What an honor to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM! We are most grateful!
I am so sorry you are having an issue booking a
Disneyland Dining Reservation at
Lamplight Lounge located inside
Disney California Adventure Park. Because Mickey Mouse and his pals are still limiting the number of guests allowed inside a restaurant to keep every Guest as safe as possible, there is a possibility that many of the reservations have already been taken. Now, I will tell you that I just checked a date around your November arrival time, and I did find a dinner reservation at 5:15 p.m. for two people. When I increased the number of people for the reservation, I received the notice that no reservations were available.
I don't want you to give up! Here are two things you can do...
* Start checking for reservations a few weeks before your trip. Guests will begin cancelling their reservations at this time because schedules will change, and Guests will not want to pay the no-show cancellation fee. Since the Disneyland Dining Reservation System is dynamic, that means when a reservation is cancelled, then YOU can make a reservation! I have booked MANY reservations like this! It works!
* If you are not able to book a reservation, Lamplight Lounge does take walk-up reservations. My recommendation would be to go directly to the restaurant when it opens to see if any reservations are available for your preferred date.
I am wishing upon a star you are able to make a reservation!!! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Have a MAGICAL day!
Wes
