Where is the lamp that stays lit in Disney California Adventure in honor of Walt Disney? Thanks

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Mary. I hope you're having a magical week.

The Disneyland Resort is filled with many memories of Mr. Walt Disney. Although Disney Parks have expanded all over the world, it warms my heart to know that my absolute favorite Disney Park is the only one that Walt Disney had ever been in.

Take a stroll down Main Street U.S.A. at Disneyland Park and look for the Fire Department. Walt's apartment is located on the second floor. By the window, you'll see the flickering of a lamp. This is lit around the clock to signify that Walt's spirit continues to live on at Disneyland.

If you're interested in the history and hidden gems of Disneyland Resort, please check out the "Walk in Walt's Disneyland Footsteps" guided tour the next time you visit.

I hope this information is helpful for you, Mary. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

    Sending you Pixie Dusts,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
