    Are the ladders on the bunk beds at Fort Wilderness removable or attached and second what kind of locks are on the doors at Fort Wilderness because my two year old sons have a habit of unlocking all the doors that they see.

    HI Dorothy!

    Sounds like you have your hands full with 2 two year olds!  The ladder that leads to the top bunk is attached and cannot be removed.  There are guard rails around the entire upper bunk, except where the latter opening is at the foot of the bed.

    The locks on the outside doors (there are two) of the cabins are just like regular resort doors that require your Key to the World Card to open.  There is a chain lock on the top of these on the inside, which is helpful so they little ones can't open the door and walk out themselves.  The locks on the bathroom and bedroom doors are standard doorknob locks where you push the little button to lock from the inside.
