    Is there lactose milk available for purchase

    Hi Diane,

    Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. Glad to know that you are planning ahead for a perfect trip. I believe you are wondering about lactose free milk available at WDW.  At every Disney Resort, you can find a store that usually sells lactose free milk, but you better not count on it because they can be running out of it. If you have concerns with lactose in your food, please contact Special Diets at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com and they will send you a form to complete regarding your needs. Another option is to visit gardengrocer.com and have your particular brand of lactose free milk delivered directly to your Disney Resort.  You better check this website GlutenandDairyFree.com, it will helpful to you with the best options to find lactose free solutions while at Walt Disney World.
