    Hello, I am lactose intolerant and a breastfeeding mother so I'm curious if there are "milk and diary" options such as lactose free or soy available since it's a very important part of my diet. Thank you very much for your time! 

    Hi Alysia! You will be happy to find out that most dining venues at the Walt Disney World Resort have soy milk. In addition, I would recommend contacting Special Diets at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com to alert them of your dietary restriction. They will send you a Guest Dietary Request Form to complete. Make your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) by calling (407) WDW-DINE and let the Cast Member know about it too. The Cast Member will notate each ADR. Be sure to write down the dates, times, locations, and ADR numbers for each of the table service restaurants you will be visiting. Complete the Guest Dietary Request Form, making sure to include that information and send it back to SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. If you change your ADR before arrival, you will have to repeat the process by forwarding an updated Guest Dietary Request Form to the email address shown above. You may also call (407) 939-3463 to request a "milk-dairy Free" diet at least three days prior to arrival. In addition, it will be helpful to alert the wait-staff at the restaurant about your need to maintain a lactose free diet. Many times the chef on duty will talk to you personally about the options that are available at the restaurant. In order to make informed decisions at counter service locations, be sure to request the "ingredients list book." You may certainly talk to the manager about your diet and you will be directed to suitable items that are safe for you to consume. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
