Kudos for helping me get my plans back in the mds app! My 2 pre scheduled DAS selections are still missing. Does the "more" button in the lower right corner show up after you enter a park? Thank you for your help Raquel😊

Hey Jaynee, thank you so much, and welcome back to planDisney! I am honored that you have asked me a personal question.

I am happy to see that you were able to get your plans back onto your My Disney Experience mobile app. Sometimes, things can get a little glitchy, and it is always good to help it along a bit.

As long as you have completed the pre-arrival registration, I can assure you that your two DAS selections are still intact. You are correct; once you enter the theme park, you will open your My Disney Experience app and tap the “more” option at the bottom right. You will then see the Disability Access Service (DAS) button appear. From there, you will see your selections choices and will be able to make additional selections as you experience the chosen attractions.

I am getting so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Be sure to have the best time, and if you have any questions before your arrival, please return to let us help.

    Have the most magical experience!
