Hi, Krista! Love the great advice we get from the Moms Panel! I need your expert planning skills on maximizing our time when it comes to meeting characters...my seven-year-old is obsessed! How can we accomplish this in the least amount of time? Thank you!

    Hi Danielle!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms PAnel!

Two great places to meet characters are in Town Square Theater in the Magic Kingdom and at the Epcot Character Spot in the Future World portion of Epcot.  You can also meet a lot of unique characters throughout the World Showcase portion of Epcot.  Finally, a favorite place of mine to meet characters is in the Magic of Disney Animation building at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Be sure to pick up a Times Guide when you enter a theme park for the latest information and times to meet the most popular characters; however, also be on the lookout for characters just in the parks (and not listed on the Times Guide).

A particularly fun way to meet characters is through a Disney Character Dining Experience.  My family's favorites include:
    • Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort
    • 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian
    • Breakfast at Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club
    • Breakfast at Ohana in the Polynesian Resort
    • Dinner at Garden Grill in Epcot
    • Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom

If you want to dine with Disney Princesses, then definitely consider dining at Cinderella's Royal Table inside Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom.  It can be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  Another great option is Princess Storybook Dining in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
