Since we are Kosher, restaurants won't do it for us but - what are the best inexpensive things to do at WDW to 'reconnect' with each other (hubby and I)?! We are long overdue - been busy busy busy busy with no time for 'us' for a very very very long time!

    Hi, Heni!

Oh, a nice relaxing vacation with your Prince Charming sounds very romantic!  Let's plan out some activities for you to enjoy together.

First, let's start with dining.   Disney does a great job accommodating special dietary requests.  Go to  www.disneyworld.com and search "Special Dietary Requests" to see a list of quick service locations that have Kosher options, as well as how to plan ahead for table service Kosher dining.

OK - onto the fun stuff!

-Stroll the Boardwalk after the parks close.  Enjoy the street entertainers, relax on the beach at the Yacht and Beach Club, or just delight in the evening.  (free)

-Go to the Polynesian Beach to see the Electric Water Pageant and get a great view of Wishes! from the Magic Kingdom.  (free)

-If it is a nice afternoon, rent a fun boat and take it out for a spin.  Boat rentals are available at many locations, my favorites are at Contemporary Resort or Downtown Disney. (rental fees apply)

-Hop on the resort monorail line and make a stop at each of the resorts along the route.  Each has a beatiful lobby area, shops, beaches and more to explore. (free)

-For a fun night, head to Fort Wilderness for a sing-along and campfire with Chip and Dale.  You can even stay for a movie on the big screen!  (This is FREE, can you believe it!)

I hope this gives you a few ideas.  If you are looking for activities in the parks, let me know which parks you plan to visit and I can give you some of my favorite activities.   Have fun planning, and make sure to check out the information on Kosher dining.   Have a great vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
