I see you are knowledgeable with Disney during the days leading up to Thanksgiving. I am coming with wife our 4yr old and 18mth old. Where would you suggest staying?

Hi John, Seeing as I don't know what your budget is, I am going to give you my favorite picks for all three types of resorts at WDW and hope that you will find one that works best for your family. My top picks for "Value" Resorts are Pop Century (if you don't have a vehicle then this resort is great for bus transportation as it doesn't share buses with any of the other resorts and I really like the theming and pools. Overall, it has a great central location to all of the Parks and Downtown Disney and the pools are alot of fun). My other favorite "Value" is the All-Star Music Resort. I love how much fun my daughter always has here and they have so many activities for kids at the main pool everyday as well as great cast members who really go above and beyond to make sure the kids (and adults) are entertained! I have enjoyed every stay I have had here....nothing bad to say at all about this resort. My top pick for a "Moderate" Resort is definitely Coronado Springs Resort. It is a very large Resort, but the theme there is great and I always rent a car so the size doesn't bother me much. The main pool is great and has a nice slide and they have a great playground with sand to play in for the smaller kids with a dinosaur dig site (lots of fun). I absolutely love the 2 queen size beds and the newly renovated rooms and decor. Lastly, for "Deluxe", I have to say that the Polynesian is our top pick for sure. Love the feel of Hawaii here and they have a 24-hour food court which is great for late nighters like myself and the rooms are roomy, comfortable and the decor screams Hawaiian Islands. This resort does not have the biggest pool, but it is a volcano pool and they do have lots of fun stuff for kids happening here as well with a true tropical theme. This was my all-time favorite resort as a child and it still is now. I hope this helps! Best wishes, Brigitta
