    Do you know when/if after hours schedules will be released for Dec 2019? We enjoyed these events at MK and HS last year and are back from 12/6 to 12/11/19 and are trying to plan park days as dining reservations are open and filling up.

    I'm so happy to hear that you are getting ready for your next trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Disney After Hours is the perfect way to have an exclusive night in the theme parks. I mean, you can't go wrong with exclusive access to your favorite attractions, along with complimentary ice cream, popcorn and select beverages!

    Currently, Guests can enjoy Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom and Disney After Hours at Disney's Animal Kingdom through the end of September and Disney After Hours at Disney's Hollywood Studios through the end of July. We don't have any information about the future of this special event and we haven't heard if additional dates will be added or when they will be announced. However, additional Disney After Hours dates were just added for Magic Kingdom and Disney's Animal Kingdom a few weeks ago, so hopefully, the event will be available for you to enjoy during your vacation! I recommend that you make your dining reservations now as availability is limited and you can always change them if you need to if Disney After Hours dates are announced and conflict with your plan. Be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning so you can get the latest announcements about future Disney After Hour.

    Since you are looking for a special nighttime event in the theme park and you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season, you should consider adding Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to your itinerary! During this holiday event, Magic Kingdom is completely transformed as Guests celebrate the magic of Christmas in the theme park. You will be able to enjoy special Character Experiences, a holiday parade, a special show in front of Cinderella Castle and holiday fireworks, which is a brand new show for this year's party. Plus, you can enjoy complimentary holiday cookies throughout the theme park. My family and I visited Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party last year and we had a fantastic time, especially when it snowed on Main Street, U.S.A.!
