I know WDW is mostly a family place but, does anyone have any advice for an adult only trip? Which places may be a better place to stay, eat ,etc. Thanks

Hi Karen, and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Walt Disney World Resort and we had a great time enjoying attractions, meals and Special Events, so I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did!

The Moderate and Deluxe Resorts are perfect for an adult-only trip, as they feature quieter pools, more sophisticated dining options and delicately immersive theming. My husband and I stayed at the smallest Resort on property, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter, and the boat rides to our date nights at Disney Springs were very relaxing!

We also had amazing meals at places like Jiko - The Cooking Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. Their Charcuterie and Cheese Board is full of delicious surprises and the Mrouzia-style Moroccan Lamb Tagine just melts in your mouth. Actually, I can't wait to have it again! At the Theme Parks, you may also enjoy places like the Nomad Lounge, the Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen, Monsieur Paul and The Hollywood Brown Derby.

The Disney After Hours Special Events are also incredible for adult Guests, as they offer exclusive late night access to attractions and Theme Parks. I love them!

If you want further advice on how to make this trip unforgettable, please, stop by. We will be here for you!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
