I know WDW has healthy options for food. But I don't need low calorie, I need low fat. I have been on a low fat diet since March. If I eat something high I fat I get sick. So how do I go about finding low fat food in the World?

    Hello, Sharon,

Walt Disney World has been doing an incredible job offering healthful food options for guests, so there should be plenty of options available to you while visiting.

To give you an idea of some of the choices, you can see nearly all of the table service menus when you visit the Disney Dining Page. You'll first need to actually click on a specific restaurant, and the menus are on the right side of the page. If you have reservations at any table service restaurants, you can also include a notation that you would need low fat food.

To see counter service offerings, your best bet is to visit www.allearsnet.com; click on Walt Disney World at the top menu bar and pull down to Dining

You can read more about Special Dietary Requests, and you can also contact them at through email at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.

    Have a great trip!
