I know WDW changed all their coin press machines to only take credit cards, did Disneyland do the same or do they still have the traditional machines where you put your own coins in?

    Hey Lindsey!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I see you love visiting both coasts as much as I do! I recently returned from a Magical trip to the Walt Disney World Resort to celebrate its 50th anniversary! I had an amazing time and if you haven't made it out already, I highly recommend booking a trip out there to enjoy the celebration.

My kids love to collect pressed coins and we have booklets to keep these small treasures safe. We love to collect from both coasts and can’t wait to get some new ones at the Disneyland Resort on our next trip. You’ll be happy to hear that the Pressed Coin Machines throughout the Disneyland Resort have also switched to accept credit cards and even Apple Pay! You’ll now never be caught without coins when you see that special design that you want to add to your collection.

    Well Lindsey, happy coin pressing!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
