merchandise pickup and delivery at Walt Disney World Resort.
Nina, I understand you do not wish to ship your Walt Disney World Resort merchandise home. Unfortunately, during the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, souvenir pick-up and Disney Resorts Collection hotel delivery services are both suspended. The only service currently available is home delivery.
We do not know when or if these services will be reinstated in Walt Disney World Resort. Normally, there is no fee for using either of these services. The only time a fee is incurred is when you choose to ship your items home.
