Hi there, Julia!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so excited that you sailed by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! There is nothing better than adding on some time at the theme parks before or after a Disney Cruise Line vacation! I am sure you are eagerly awaiting your vacation and I am so excited for you and all the memories you will make on land AND at sea!
Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line does not offer transportation to or from Disneyland Resort to the Port of San Diego at this time. I have sailed out of
San Diego twice in the past yEAR and while I have not had the chance to make my way to Anaheim to visit
Disneyland Resort, I did speak with a number of other Guests who did visit the theme parks because it is definitely something we would like to do in the future. From my conversations, it was recommended to either rent a car from the San Diego Airport (which is very close to the Port of San Diego) or to take the train directly to Anaheim. So, I would recommend looking into those two options to get you to San Diego for your own WONDERful adventure!
If you haven’t yet, make sure you have your
Online Check-In and onboard booking window date noted on your calendar. If you are a first-time Disney Cruise Line Guest, this date is 75 days prior to your sailing and at this time you will be able to complete your Online Check-In and book all the onboard fun such as
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeovers, adult-exclusive dining, character greetings and
Port Adventures! You can go ahead and explore all those things now so you will be more than ready when your date arrives!
Wishing you just the BEST time, Julia! Enjoy every minute at Disneyland Resort AND onboard the Disney Wonder!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
