Ahoy Ann, and welcome to planDisney!
Once you have completed
Online Check-in before your cruise, you will be given a
Port Arrival Time. You cannot arrive at the cruise terminal earlier than that time. Disney Cruise Line wants to ensure all Guests have a smooth embarkation process, so arriving at your designated Port Arrival Time helps with that experience. I usually drive to the port, so I arrive a little ahead of my time to drop off my luggage with the porters and then park in the parking deck. If I'm still early, I wait in the car until my designated time. If you do not complete Online Check-in in advance, you should plan to arrive at the cruise terminal after 2:00 PM.
While you are waiting for your Online Check-in time, check out this
packing list to help you plan for your upcoming cruise. Make sure your travel documentation, medication, sunscreen, and other essentials are in your carry-on bag, not your checked luggage.
If you have any other questions, sail back to
planDisney, and we will be happy to help.
Adventure is out there!
