    I know that tickets for MNSSHP are non-refundable, but do you know if you can exchange them for another night? We currently have tix for the night of our arrival but now may get in too late so wanted see if we could switch for another night.

    Hi Carie!  I also have this problem with some Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets I bought when they went on sale and we are no longer able to use them. I have been told I cannot exchange them for another night. The best thing you can do is to try to sell them to another guest and then purchase more for a night you will be able to enjoy this party.  It officially doesn't' start until 7pm and will run until midnight so hopefully everything will run smoothly for your arrival and you can make it. If you really feel you are not going to then start finding a buyer for that night so you don't lose your money completely.

    I would also still try to call and explain your situation and see what they say. I have known from past experience that when you talk to different cast members you can get different answers and perhaps you could find one to help you out!
