I will like to know can I but tickets at gate or is only online?

    Hiya, Karol! Welcome to planDisney.

It sounds like you are gearing up for a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! With the return to the magic, some new systems are in place, so it's good to get a sense of what to expect before you head into the parks. While you can still buy tickets in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth, it is not recommended at this time. Let me tell you why! Each Guest entering the parks is required to have both a theme park ticket and a theme park reservation. While the ticket is your admission, the reservation holds your spot in the park so that Mickey and Minnie know how many people to expect each day. Reservations are limited and subject to availability, so while you may be able to buy the ticket same-day, you might not be able to get a reservation for that day if they are already full. I would hate for you to be turned away from the magic, so I highly recommend getting your tickets and reservations sorted out ahead of time.

A few things to note if you are not sure about purchasing your ticket! One good thing to know is that you have a lot of flexibility in terms of when to visit. Reservations can be easily canceled and rescheduled, pending availability, if your plans change. Additionally, tickets purchased this year have quite a long runway before they expire. Single-day tickets expire on December 30, 2023, while multi-day tickets expire on January 12, 2024. Even if you are unable to visit by the expiration, you can always call the Guest Services team and inquire about putting the value of your ticket towards the purchase of a new ticket. I like to say that the magic never fully runs out of those Disneyland tickets!

Karol, I sure hope this was helpful! While you are thinking ahead of when you might want to stop by, there are a few dates that I want to put on your calendar. Halloween Time is in full swing through October 31st. If the holly jolly of the holidays is more your speed, visit anytime between November 11th through January 8th, 2023 to be merry and magical! If you're still unsure, keep your EARS peeled on the Disney Parks Blog as that's where you'll find out the latest and greatest about park happenings! And when in doubt, come back to see us here at planDisney!

    Magic awaits!
