How do I know when my tickets expire if i want to cancel them for the date i was originally planning

Hey there, Kelsey! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. I am sorry to hear you might need to cancel your trip. Hakuna matata, I am here to help.

In my experience, electronic theme park tickets don’t always have the expiration date clearly marked on them. However, most multi-day tickets purchased in 2022 that haven’t been used in any capacity will not expire until January 12, 2024, which is good news - you still have lots of time to use them. To confirm exactly when your tickets will expire, I would contact Ticket Services via phone or through the “Chat with Us” feature in the Disneyland mobile app. I like using the Chat feature for non-urgent types of requests, as I will receive a notification once a Cast Member is ready to assist me.

Once you are ready to make new reservations, your tickets will still be linked to your account. You can check the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar when you’re ready to start planning again.

Kelsey, I hope you’re able to get to the parks at a time that works best for you. Please come back and see us if you have any more questions!
