Hey Kerin!
We love sharing our Disneyland knowledge with fellow Guests and appreciate you stopping by with your question. You are in for such a treat when you hit the parks next week, as the "Celebrate Happy" festivities in honor of the
70th Anniversary are not to be missed!
I see that you are up-to-date on all the Disneyland Resort news! We are very excited about the
enhancements coming to all three of the hotels on property, including the reimagining of the Disneyland Hotel's E-Ticket Club to the High Key Club. Not only will the lounge be doubling in size, but the theming will take you on a nostalgic journey back to 1955 through the music and sounds of the earliest days of the Happiest Place on Earth. I checked with a Cast Member this morning, and we do not have a reopening date just yet. It is expected to be sometime this summer, but no date has been released. I recommend staying up-to-date with the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest and greatest news. In the event that it has not opened in time for your visit next week, there is a
temporary lounge set up for Club-Level Guests on the lobby level of the Frontier Tower.
When you check in, I highly recommend asking for a list of the
resort activities for the week. You never know what kind of fun experiences are just around the corner from your room! I just took a peek myself, and on your arrival day, the
Disneyland Hotel will be screening
A Goofy Movie al fresco! No matter how old my kids get, they love an outdoor Disney movie at the resort. You also won't want to miss the chance to dine at
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar, which just started serving breakfast. I've got my eye on the Tropical Pancakes and Ube-stuffed French Toast!
Kerin, I know this may not have been the news you were hoping for, but I do hope it was helpful in your planning! If you have any more questions, we'd love to help! We are always here for you at
planDisney.
Magic awaits!
Tara
