Ahoy, Teiyanna!
Welcome aboard planDisney! Every Very Merrytime cruise on a Disney ship is magical, but there’s something especially
enchanting about the Wish during the holidays. The Grand Hall feels like a fairytale come to life—Cinderella’s ballroom dressed up in garland, ornaments, and twinkling lights. It’s a holiday setting that would make even Olaf feel right at home!
I like to get the not-so-magical news out of the way first, so let’s talk dining rotations. You’re correct—you won’t know your exact dining schedule until you’re at the cruise terminal and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi. The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will then reveal all the details of your voyage, including dining rotation and showtimes. If you’re like me and don’t want to miss a single bite at a certain restaurant, here’s a tip: if you’ve booked Palo Steakhouse but want to make sure you don’t miss 1923,
call Disney Cruise Line ahead of time. You can request not to be assigned 1923 on the same night as Palo. It’s not guaranteed, but the Cast Members do their best to honor requests.
Now let’s dig into the really fun part—your theme night! Entertainment is always subject to change, but as of now, your itinerary is scheduled to include
Pirate Night and Mickey & Minnie’s Holiday Party while you’re in Nassau on Day 2. If the schedule mirrors last year, you could see a Broadway-style show at 6 PM or 8:30 PM (depending on your dinner seating),
Mickey & Minnie’s Holiday Party at 7:30 PM, and then set sail into adventure with the Pirate’s Rockin’ Parlay Party at 10:15 PM. That’s practically three headliners in one night—Hercules would call it a true “zero to hero” evening!
I hope this helps you chart out your attire and look forward to the magic ahead. Whether you’re dressed for a royal holiday ball or ready to swashbuckle under the stars, you’re sure to have evenings filled with memories that sparkle brighter than Rapunzel’s lanterns.
Sea ya real soon as summer waves goodbye and autumn magic begins to shine,
Dustin
