    I would like to know when the summer rates for disney world are released. We are planning to go in late Aug 2013 for my sons 8th birthday. I would like to book the trip but want to see if there are going to be any discounts. Thanks!!

    Hi Lisa,

    Rates for the summer months are already out. I would go to the Walt Disney World website and look for the dates you require. If you make a reservation, and then find a better rate at a later time, you will be able to cancel and get the lower rate.
     
    In the past, I have seen rate discounts for mid to late September typically between April and May. There is no way of telling when they will release these specials or even if they will. The best option is to keep an eye on the Walt Disney World Special Offers page to see if specials are being offered for your dates.
