Hey there, Sarah, and welcome to planDisney! As a dad of three kiddos under the age of 5, the stroller is the only required item for every one of my Disney Vacations. I actually set aside the stroller rental funds before we book the reservation. Why? Because nothing else matters until the stroller is secured! Not even the Disney Snacks…well, I wouldn’t go that far. Those Disney Snacks are still really important!
Sarah, you are correct;
Stroller Rentals are available near the entrance of each Theme Park and Disney Springs. To my knowledge, there are no additional stroller pick-up or drop-off locations available throughout the Theme Parks. Stroller Rentals are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not needed prior to arriving at the Theme Park. However, If you’d like, you can prepay your rental for the length of your stay on the day of your first rental. Keep in mind that Theme Park stroller rentals have to be returned as you exit each Theme Park and can’t be used at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel.
If you have a stroller rental reservation with a local company, the pickup and drop-off points vary across the different resorts. In my experience, our strollers have always been waiting for us at our resort hotel bell services/front desk when we have rented from Scooterbug, which is a Disney Authorized 3rd Party Provider. I recommend touching base with your rental company to get exact details on how you can retrieve your rental.
I hope this helps, Sarah!
