    If I know someone who is giving up their reservation for Be Our Guest and I am willing to take it ...... should we do a 3 way call with Disney Dining and get it switched ..... or should I just take their confirmation number with me ? Different last name

    Hi Cindy,

    Just use your friend's confirmation number for Be Our Guest. Once a reservation has been booked, the name cannot be changed. As long as neither your friend nor you are using the Disney Dinning Plan and you have the same number of people in your party as on the original reservation, you should not have any issues. Just give your friend's name when you arrive at the podium.
