Amanda, Handheld Devices featuring Handheld Captioning are available to Guests, on a first-come, first-served basis at
Guest Relations at all four theme parks. There is a fully-refundable daily deposit required for use. When at Guest Relations, please speak to a Cast Member about Disney's
Disability Access Service to see if that will make your theme park touring a bit easier.
Please refer to the
locations where Handheld Captioning is offered in preparation for your visit. To further assist your touring, may I offer the services of
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ which will be of great benefit to your theme park touring experience.
