    How I do know that there are shown handheld captions at each attractions in all of 4 theme parks that will use it and which is it good work? Is it a good reliance device for me as a Deaf person?

    Walt Disney World Resort has an unwavering commitment to affording all Guests an inclusive, and enjoyable visit through their various accommodations in careful consideration of the unique special needs of Guests with disabilities.

    Amanda, Handheld Devices featuring Handheld Captioning are available to Guests, on a first-come, first-served basis at Guest Relations at all four theme parks. There is a fully-refundable daily deposit required for use. When at Guest Relations, please speak to a Cast Member about Disney's Disability Access Service to see if that will make your theme park touring a bit easier.

    Please refer to the locations where Handheld Captioning is offered in preparation for your visit. To further assist your touring, may I offer the services of Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ which will be of great benefit to your theme park touring experience. 

    As well, please refer to our Services for Guests with Hearing Disabilities to optimize your visit throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including Guest Room Amenities, Video Captioning, and much more. Our resource for Services for Guests with Disabilities offers a variety of accommodations to also make your visit as comfortable and inclusive as possible enabling you to have an enjoyable and memorable visit.
