I know being on the Ship in the middle of the Ocean-- doesnt or should not even require internet. But Nowadays wtih FB n all the social media- My niece is 13 and was wondering if there is internet or WIFI on the ship? we are sailing the Dream in June.

    Hi Lori!
Thanks for writing back!  It is great to hear from you again! Laptops can be brought onboard and used while you are out to sea! I brought mine on my last cruise and was able to surf the net from my stateroom and on deck. Since you are in the ocean, service can sometimes be slow. There are hot spots around the ship that will be listed on your Wireless Internet Information Sheet which can be picked up from Guest Services. Internet packages can be purchased for your convenience. For a Dream cruise, you can expect to pay $27.00 for 50 minutes, $40.00 for 100 minutes, and $75.00 for 200 minutes. If you don't need a lot of internet time, you can pay 75 cents per minute. These are the current prices so always double check once you board the ship. If you don't have a laptop, Guest Services does have a few for Guests to borrow to check email or log in to their favorite social media sites. There is no charge, but a $200 deposit is required and will be refunded once you return the laptop.  Adults can also use the laptops in the Cove Cafe located on Deck 11.
I hope this is the information your niece was hoping to hear!  Please let me know if you think of anything else!
Have a magical day and wonderful cruise vacation!
