I know service animals are allowed on certain rides, in the lines waiting, etc. My child CANNOT be close to dogs in line/restaurants or could have an anaphylactic reaction. Is there a way to alert a CM for the rides/restaurant or how should we proceed?

Hiya Katie - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists - this is such a magical time to visit! The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration is in full swing with exciting new attractions, world-class entertainment, fantastic new food, and so much more - get ready to experience it all!

Walt Disney World Resort prides itself on being a destination where all Guests have the opportunity to experience a magical vacation. This means that some Guests who require Service Animals are permitted to enter certain areas of the Theme Parks and Resorts with them. Of course, Cast Members also want to ensure that Guests like you and your little Mouseketeer have their safety needs met as well! For this reason, I suggest that you contact the Disability Services team at 407-560-2547 or via email to learn more about what options your crew has for a magical and stress-free vacation while avoiding Pluto's friends.

In the meantime, you can check out the description of where Service Animals are permitted to get a better sense of what attractions you may (or may not) need accommodations for. I hope this is a helpful start and you'll get all the information and assistance you need for a magical vacation. Please let me know if any other questions arise that we can help answer!
