    I know that I can send a package to the hotel a few days before we arrive but what if for logistical reasons I have to send it weeks (4 weeks) before we arrive. Can I still send it directly to the hotel?

    Hi Sarah,

    The best thing for you to do is to call the hotel directly and find out what their specific policy is. They each have separate mail rooms, so you'll want to talk to the cast members at the hotel you are staying at. I'm not sure they'll be able to hold a package for that long, but it's definitely worth checking.
