    I know that I can send items to the resort ahead of time, but how you get the packages? Are they delivered to the room or do I have to pick them up? Are my packages available at check in or does it take time to get? Thanks!

    Hi Meghan - if you have packages shipped to the resort ahead of time, they are delivered to the mail room of the resort and stay there until you arrive.  I had a package shipped to Port Orleans French Quarter and when I checked in, the package was at the Riverside section.  It was delivered directly to my room, but it was several hours after we checked in. 

    Your experience may be different, because each resort handles the packages a different way.  But definitely be prepared that it may take a few hours.
