Hi David!

This is a great question.

I love the Eat to he Beat Concert Series and I love the International Food and Wine Festival. Definitely a great time of the year to visit Walt Disney World. It's been my experience that most of the line up isn't released until sometime in the late Spring, so definitely check back then. Disney releases a lot of information on the official Disney Parks Blog, or you can just send another question in to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.
