I know that most restaurants offer a gluten free menu, but I am curious as to which restaurants are known for their gluten free menu items, and/or which restaurants offer the best options for gluten free foods??

    Hi Katie!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your Disney Dining question. Disney does such an incredible job of catering to Guest's needs and dining is no exception.

As you said, there are allergy menus available at nearly every Walt Disney World Resort dining location and they have some pretty delicious options. I've eaten at quite a few, but there are two in particular that stand out because I wasn't expecting them to be so great. First, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park has some tasty treats, but I wasn't expecting the gluten-free pizza at Pizzafari to be as delightful as it was. Epcot is another park with multiple dining offerings, but one of my favorite gluten-free meals was at Garden Grill Restaurant. Not only was the food scrumptious, but the atmosphere and Disney pals are nice additions. My family also adores riding Living with the Land before hand so we can see where much of the food comes from.

Have an incredible vacation, Katie. If you need any other answers or recommendations, please let us know.
