Do you know of any resources that would list GFCF foods and the restaurants that can easily accommodate this type of diet? I know that Disney will work with us anywhere, but I imagine that some places have more to offer than others...thanks!

    Hi Kim,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel and asking your awesome question.

I've become quite a fan of websites that offer information on Walt Disney World restaurants and snacks that fit special dietary restrictions. Being on the Moms Panel, and having a daughter with a milk allergy, has gotten me to research the wonderful foods that are offered within the parks and resorts.

My favorite website to visit when looking for special diet menu options of Walt Disney World restaurants is glutenfreedairyfreewdw.com. They organize their reviews by theme park, and I've found their Top 10 lists to be very helpful when making dining plans for our vacations. Another helpful website is allergyfreemouse.com. I love to use that particular website to find dairy-free snacks for my daughter to try.

I hope this helps you, Kim. If you have any other questions before your magical vacation, please feel free to ask at any time. We're always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
