Hi Ashley,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for the question!
Yes, once you purchase your Theme Park tickets, you should have received a confirmation email from the Walt Disney World Resort. This email would have your ticket IDs that you can enter into the
My Disney Experience mobile app to link your tickets to your account. The email normally comes right after your purchase, so if you’re not finding it, I suggest you check your junk mail folder. If it’s not there, you should probably reach out to the
Existing Tickets help desk to see if a Cast Member can help locate your tickets.
Remember the My Disney Experience mobile app I mentioned earlier? This is a great digital resource, right in the palm of your hand, that helps you keep track of your tickets, wait times, allows you to mobile order, and so much more. When you purchased your tickets, if you created a My Disney Experience account online, you can use the same email and password to enter into the app!
The reason I bring this up is because if you purchased while using your My Disney Experience account, your tickets should be in the mobile app already. Let’s check just in case. From the home screen of the My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines in the lower right corner, then choose “Tickets and Passes”. If you see tickets here, then your tickets are already linked! You’ll be able to see your guests’ names, the days remaining on the tickets, and the dates they’re valid through. If you ever need help with the mobile app, you can always speak to a Cast Member at the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk as well!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you plan for your time at the Walt Disney World Resort.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
