Hi there Delahila! Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you’re here with your question for us.
I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth in a couple of weeks. Since the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopened in late April, park reservations are required in advance, in addition to theme park tickets. I can see it can be frustrating adding an extra step to the ticket purchasing process.
Hakuna Matata, Delahila! Let me walk you through the process of locating your theme park reservation, so you can be stress-free about your upcoming trip!
You can do this on the
Disneyland mobile app. Delahila, if you have not downloaded the latest version of the Disneyland mobile app, I highly recommend you do that before arriving at the Disneyland Resort. Not only can you access your theme park tickets and reservations saved to your account, you’ll also need the app to access virtual queues to join boarding groups; Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in Disneyland Park and the new WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure both utilize virtual queues for boarding groups. On my recent trip to the parks, many quick service food locations only utilize mobile ordering so we needed to make our food purchases in advance using the app.
To locate your theme park reservations, log into your Disney account on the Disneyland mobile app. On the home page, below “Hello, (your name)!” you’ll see your Park Reservations with the date of your visit, as well as the park you will be exploring. You can also do this on
Disneyland Resort website as well, by logging into your Disney account. On the far right, you’ll see “My Disneyland”; hover your cursor over it and click on “Ticket and Reservation Details”. Scroll a little bit and you’ll see “
View My Park Reservations”. This will bring up your confirmed reservations.
I hope this information is helpful for you. Please visit us on
planDisney again if you have additional trip-planning questions. Wishing you a magical day at the Happiest Place on Earth!
