    I want to know about my reservations on the 10 of this month to Disneyland ca I never got my ticket’s? Or do I just go to the front desk?

    Welcome to planDisney! Your magical vacation is just around the corner! 

    I’m thrilled to hEAR you’re staying on property at a Disneyland Resort Hotel. I absolutely love the proximity to the parks and each hotel’s fun and unique theming! I think you will too! 

    When you first arrive at the turnstiles of the theme park main entrance, your digital ticket will be scanned and you’ll be presented with a paper ticket. From that point on your can either use your digital ticket on the Disneyland Mobile App or the paper ticket. These tickets make a great souvenir, so I recommend holding on to them after your trip and adding them to your memory box or scrapbook.
